  I have no clue how this store stays in business. No one answers the phones, and when you leave a message no one calls you back. I had 45 windows to be replaced, finally someone came out to look at it. 2 weeks later I still have no quote. I call the corporate number, and they cant even reach this store in portage. We are taking our business elsewhere.
